I have duplicated the opened status of the webhook many times, I haven’t even opened the email yet but there is an opened event.
Is there any way to manage this?

Hello @quan20112002 that sounds weird 🤔 Which triggers do you have for your webhook? Also, it would be nice if you could send me your application\_id so I can ask someone to check for you 📝

Hello,
This could be due to how the webhook or email tracking system is configured. Check your webhook setup for any misconfigurations or potential issues with how events are triggered and processed.
I hope this will help you.
