Hi Nylas Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with one of our users and would appreciate your guidance.

The user is located in the Europe region but is connecting their calendar through the Nylas US server. Due to our current setup and internal requirements, we need to keep this user on the Nylas US server.

However, the user is consistently encountering a “[api.us.nylas.com](http://api.us.nylas.com) took too long to respond” error while attempting to connect their calendar.
Could you please help us understand:

1. Whether there are any known latency or timeout issues when EU users connect through the Nylas US server.
2. If there are any recommended configurations or best practices to improve the reliability of the connection in this scenario.
3. Whether there are any timeout limits or server-side settings that can be adjusted to mitigate this issue.

Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support.
