How can I access the emails in a shared inbox?

Thank you for raising this query.

To access emails in a shared inbox with Nylas, you should use a shared email account approach. Your team can set up a shared email account, such as team@yourcompany.com, which allows all team members with access to that shared mailbox to view both existing and past client conversations.

@rjtmehta depending on how your user has the shared mailbox set up, you can usually authenticate it like a regular mailbox (doesn’t matter what SDK you use - it’s just a mailbox). Sometimes your user will need to reset the password for the shared mailbox so you can auth it.
