Annual Contracts

Why would a company that wants annual contracts make it so hard to upgrade?!

My Dev team is ready to move our application to production, but then realized you require an annual contract to remove branding. We have filled out forms, emailed, and are about to send carrier pigeons and smoke signals. How do we get your team to respond so we can give you money?!!!

This should be a single-click upgrade on the admin portal; forcing users to speak to sales is a HORRIBLE UX, and I am sure it is causing a ton of missed conversions. Then, if I wanted things like SLAs or additional customization, I could request a meeting, but for the move to annual for white label, this should not be this hard.
