Hi Nylas team,
It seems like booking.cancelled webhooks are never emitted for Scheduler bookings that have a Notetaker attached. Bookings without a notetaker deliver in under 1 second. For the affected bookings, the dashboard Notification Logs show zero dispatch attempts (not failed deliveries). The cancellations themselves are fully processed on your side (Google event flips to status “cancelled”, cancellation emails sent, notetaker removed).

Evidence (all UTC, 2026-09-14):
- Booking b4340dd9 (event uhfn6njf0q8ujat57eec1oi2a0, NO notetaker): cancelled via DELETE /v3/scheduling/bookings at 23:20:53 → booking.cancelled delivered 70ms later, our endpoint returned 204.
- Booking 574c0b1f (event 6fuu87fmq40klsom4p14h78kds, notetaker 465530bc144b485688649f9a81f1d76b attached by the scheduling configuration): cancelled via the hosted cancel page at 23:08:28 → Google event cancelled, no webhook, zero dispatch attempts in logs.
- Booking 2d21a916 (event av0hhdtiqvisln4n28at02lljg, scheduling configuration has NO notetaker; bot d90bff72e5e544a9b6627eb00fe77497 was attached by calendar sync rules and verified “scheduled” before cancellation): cancelled via API at 23:43:40 → no webhook.
Same pattern across 5 more bookings tonight, through both cancel paths (hosted page and Bookings API). booking.created fires reliably (~1s) for every booking, so the destination is healthy.
Impact: every booking in our product has a notetaker, so we currently receive no signal at all when a guest cancels.
Question: is booking.cancelled expected to fire for notetaker-attached bookings, and is there a supported way to detect their cancellations other than polling the Events API?
