Can't upgrade plan - Cannot add plan to cancelled account

We cancelled our paid plan like a year ago due to the cost getting too high. Now we’d like to reactivate since the pricing is friendlier.

However, we get the below error when we tried to sign up for a paid plan.

“Cannot add plan to cancelled account“

Sadly, your support haven’t changed.

I was asked for my organisation ID 11 days ago which I provided the same day, and nothing from you guys ever since.

I even sent a follow-up 4 days ago, still nothing.
