I have integrated Nylas to our app. Our product uses Nylas webhooks for every new email received and create a draft email. Both using Nylas nodejs SDK. Our customer using this email product says that ever since they started using our email product, when they open their outlook app (they use outlook client app to read their gmail) and trying to open attachments it says failed to download attachment. When they try to send the draft we created for them, it also says fails. The only workaround for them is to restart their laptop and it starts working again. I can’t imagine we or Nylas are causing this issue, given that everything works fine in gmail client (since we’re reading and writing to gmail), and there is a issue with outlook to gmail connection, but I wanted to ask in case this is a known issue or if there’s something we can do on our end to fix this issue for them.
