Why does my auto-reply sent through the Nylas webhook not appear in the original email thread?
I send the auto reply message as shown in the attached image.
@hamzahyounus - I know we recently made updates to ensure metadata is maintained, but let me check if this is the case for web hooks, I believe it is.
@hamzahyounus - just clarifying so you are sending an email with the metadata specified, but you do not see this metadata on the webhook event?
Can you share an example of the web hook event received, is a metadata field available?
