We recently integrated with the v3 api and are setting up the notifications/webhooks for that integration.
We only have two grants connected right now and are seeing some inconsistent behavior when using the webhooks.
For one of the grants that was connected this past Friday, we don’t see any activity in the notification logs in spite of multiple emails being sent and received for that account/grant. The grant reports as being valid in the Nylas dashboard with no indication of their being an issue with the connection
For another of the grants that was connected last Thursday, we are seeing activity in the notification logs. Occasionally though, an email is “dropped”, and we never see any logs for it. This account/grant also reports as being valid in the Nylas dashboard with no indication of an issue with the connection
What are some ways we can troubleshoot a particular account/grant? Are there potentially stability issues with the v3 notifications/webhooks? Dropping email notifications for the webhooks will be a big issue for what we are trying to do with the Nylas webhooks and would likely force us to use another service or try to build our own integration which we really don’t want to do.
