We are in the process of finalizing the implementation of Nylas in our stack, but for a while we have had a problem with the thread search that no longer works.
We use native queries for Google accounts to have more flexibility in the choice of folders.
Do you also have similar problems?

We use native queries for a Google Account, the query all works very well, it’s the search that doesn’t work and returns nothing even though the search word contains the subject.
So I can assist better, could you please help me with the following:
- Are you using
search_query_nativewith GET /threads or GET /messages? - Can you please share the EML of the message you are trying to retrieve with this query?
These two things will allow me to reproduce exactly the issue you are experiencing in my own Gmail account so I can debug better!

Hi @princenocode - It appears there are some issues with this page that doesn’t allow for uploading attachments. Can you please file a support ticket here? You can ask for me by name so it’ll get right back to me and I can debug this.
