Hi, new Nylas user here. I’m trying to test the Nylas OAuth 2.0 flow, using Google Chrome, the “free” plan, the Sandbox application, the provided Google client, and my company’s email account.
However, I’m got hit with the “Access blocked: Your institution’s admin needs to review Nylas”, from which I requested access to my workspace IT admin. I got an email from the Google Workspace Team saying “Your institution approved your access request for Nylas. You can now sign in to this app with your Google Workspace account.”, but I’m still getting the same access blocked message.
Is this a scoping issue? Something else?
Also, when I use Google Chrome and I’m trying to authenticate my personal email account, I’m getting this error: “This account is not allowed to sign in within this network. Please talk to your network administrator for more information.”. However, I’m able to retrieve a Nylas authenticate code (with my personal email account) when using Safari.
