Issue Retrieving All Messages via IMAP for @126.com and @163.com Accounts

Hello Nylas Team, I am experiencing difficulties retrieving all messages using IMAP for my @126.com126.com126.c126.com126.com126.c@163.comm126.com and @163.com email accounts. While I have successfully authenticated both accounts via IMAP and verified their sending functionality through Postman, I cannot fetch the complete list of messages from these inboxes.

It sounds lke your IMAP settings for the account might not be set properly. I would expect the settings to look something like this:

IMAP: imap.126.com (port 993, SSL)
SMTP: smtp.126.com (port 465 SSL or 587 TLS)

You can check with the email provider to ensure you have the correct settings for third party access.

Hi, I’m still unable to resolve the IMAP sync issue in Nylas after double-checking the configuration. This is puzzling because the same account settings work perfectly in other email clients.
