Nylas not sending message.created webhook for older IMAP accounts

We’re running into an issue where Nylas isn’t sending "message.created" webhook event for certain IMAP accounts. Newly connected accounts work fine, but older ones are not. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a workaround or fix?

In total there are 9 IMAP accounts which I am facing this same issue
