We’re running into an issue where Nylas isn’t sending "message.created" webhook event for certain IMAP accounts. Newly connected accounts work fine, but older ones are not. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a workaround or fix?

We looked at your grant. It seems your grant is running into this error:
Attachment has no Content-Disposition header, setting it to empty
Basically, lot of your messages are failing to sync. It “seems” to have malformed eml.
Do you have lot of messages with attachments?

That said, we are going to deploy a workaround on this. Will notify you by Tuesday. ( We are on release cycles and expecting to ship next Tuesday )

Sorry for the delay. I was out for few days. We did try to roll out a fix but then our testing showed it wont fix your issue. We believe your accounts has a lot of emails which is making it stuck in the sync process.
Anyways we are looking more into this.
