We recently started using Nylas and it’s been pretty cool. except we’ve en counted this one error which we can’t figure out how to fix. has anyone had this before?
Received error code by Microsoft: MailboxNotEnabledForRESTAPI, your Microsoft/Azure app needs to be enabled for REST API access. Please see the Microsoft documentation for more information. (Nylas::NylasApiError)
I reached out to the mailbox admin for help, and they appear to have done everything we could find online.
We’d really appreciate any pointers on how to fix it
