We use webhooks to get notified about new emails and then store them in our system so we don’t run into rate-limits when user wants to read his mails.
Now since end of last week we received several reports from customers that there are mails missing in our system that they can see in their outlook.
When looking into specific examples they provided via screenshots I can’t find any message.created call from nylas for those mails. I can’t find any call in our logs nor in the nylas logs in nylas dashboard for these specific mails. However I find message.updated calls for some of them.
It’s not happening for all customers and not for all mails. The same grant receives some mails via message.created, but not all.
Where is the problem?
