We’ve observed an unusual behavior with the notification webhook. We created an event with 2 participants. Both participants have connected calendars. But only one notification was received. The other grant seems to be ‘offline’ even though the dashboard doesn’t say anything. We didn’t even receive any grant.expired event (again, the dashboard logs don’t show it either).
What could be the problem here?

- Are both connected calendars to the same provider? Shouldn’t be an issue, but do share which ones.
- Can you share the webhook events you have added or are listed on the dashboard under
Notifications
- Did only one event come through via notifications (view image below of dashboard logs)?
- For the grant in question, [can you try retrieving grant status] to confirm if the
grant_status: valid

I’m not sure what could be causing this, so more information will help. Ideally if I can see the reproduction steps, we can walk through them.

notifications. - We receive notifications for only one of the grants. (Although the dashboard shows 2 instances of each notification for the same grant, our application receives only one of them.)
