Nylas Microsoft grant can’t send mail (403 Access is denied)

I am running into an error: Invalid scope for my MSFT mail.send request (403). I see that another user posted this same issue but did not see a resolution.

My app is approved in Azure, all the requested scopes align with my Nylas configuration and there’s no apparent reason that scope should be rejected. I am also on the correct Nylas plan that allows email scope.

The grant works and then seems to be revoked.
