We’ve been experiencing issues with Nylas over the past few days, impacting multiple users. Specifically, users report receiving a 504 error with the following message:
“Failed to send email. Please try again later. Provider API unavailable.”
Upon further investigation, we found that the actual error returned from the provider is a 502 error. Additionally, we’ve observed the following:
In many cases, these errors are not being logged in the Nylas console.
In at least one instance, despite the user receiving this error message, the email was successfully sent.
Could you please assist in identifying the root cause of this issue and advise on possible solutions or workarounds?
