Error: Maximum number of grants reached for Organization

I completed the gmail oauth flow in my application and when I exchanged the refresh token for a grant id Nylas returned this error:

Maximum number of grants reached for Organization

My Nylas application is currently using the Development environment and there are no grants displayed on the Grants page. This was working the past 2 days.
