Maximum number of Applications reached for Organization" on brand-new account

Hi,

I signed up for a new Nylas account today and I’m trying to create my first application/sandbox. Every time I select a product and click “Create my sandbox,” I get:

“Could not create sandbox — Maximum number of Applications reached for Organization”

The issue is that I have zero applications — this is a completely new account and I’ve never successfully created one, so the application-limit counter seems to be set incorrectly for my organization.

I’ve found several recent threads reporting this exact problem, where Support resolved it by resetting the organization’s application limit on the backend. Could someone from the team take a look at my account?
