Google Workspace - Invalid Email

I’m running into a strange issue with my auth flow. Our team recently added a non-sandbox application, with which I’ve been able to authenticate with via Google Chrome (non-incognito).

However, when I’m using an incognito Google Chrome window, I’m hitting this page:

If I use Safari, I’m also hitting this page, regardless of incognito or not.

Any help on what might be the issue? Thank you.
