Maximum Number of applications reached for organization on paid account

Yesterday I created a new paid account (15/month). And it has the sandbox application as expected. When attempting to add a new application, I get the message “Maximum number of Applications reached for Organization”. I see a couple recent messages with the same question. Can I get any support on this ?
