We discover an issue in firing the webhooks for new received emails from time to time in a Microsoft Outlook account. Has anyone else this issue discovered? It’s not every day. It’s sometimes only and it takes a few minutes after the new email arrived in the inbox before Nylas is firing the webhook.
The new email can be seen already in all different email clients in the INBOX folder, but Nylas is not doing anything for a few minutes. Other GRANTS are working fine for the same webhook.
I would appreciate help in this issue because we need the nylas webhook functionality to be work stable.
