Organizer not receiving booking confirmation or reminder emails from Nylas Scheduler

We’ve integrated the Nylas Scheduler API into our platform, allowing users to configure their calendar availability and manage appointment bookings. According to the documentation, when a booking is confirmed, confirmation and reminder emails should be sent to all participants (both the organizer and guests). However, we’re observing inconsistent behavior:

  • The guest receives both the confirmation and reminder emails correctly.

  • The organizer does not receive either the confirmation or the reminder emails.

We’ve tested this behavior using:

  • The Nylas Scheduler/Scheduling Form (embedded on our site)

  • The Scheduler API for creating and managing booking pages

In both cases, the issue persists. Please let us know if there’s any additional configuration needed for organizers to receive booking and reminder emails. Thanks!
